Miejsce pracy: Poznań Stanowisko: "Application Engineer Testing Specialist" Special Requirements - Analyzing problems (business processes, transactions, data, functions)
- Review and analysis of functional documentation
- Design and review of manual test scripts
- Executing Manual Tests as documented by the Test Plan and Test Scripts
- Communicating all discovered issues and reporting defects
- Preparing reports documenting test execution results and any other testing activities if required
- Create and maintain testing documentation
- Preparing Test effort estimation
- Developing or choosing the appropriate methods, techniques, standards, guidelines and tools for software testing
- Support Project Manager and Business staff in testing activities
- Experience: minmum 1 year of experience in testing area
- Analytical skills
- Capable of working independently and in a team
- High communication skills
- Upper Intermediate or Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Testing Standards (ISTQB Foundation level will be an additional asset)
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology on foundation level
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- Experience in leading testing activities within projects( will be an additional asset)
- Knowledge of testing tools (e.g. HP QC, Mantis or other similar)
- Higher education or in progress
Main Tasks - Analyzing problems (business processes, transactions, data, functions)
- Defining system requirements (functional/qualitative requirements)
- Analyzing the technical and business environment (workplace, target systems and platforms, framework organization)
- Constructing models in terms of data, functions and/or objects
- Designing components and interfaces
- Implementing applications
- Setting up and maintaining environments for developing and testing
- Create and maintain project documentation (test, application, user manual)
- Project Estimating
- Specificating and implementing interfaces
- Developing or choosing the appropriate methods, techniques, standards, guidelines and tools for software development
